Harissa Peach Pork Tenderloin
1/4 cup Ripe Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup Harissa Infused Olive Oil
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp Cajun Seasoning
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
Put all ingredients with pork in a large zip lock bag and seal.
Massage bag to blend mixture into pork. For best results marinate overnight, or at a minimum 15-20 mins.
Bake at 375 for 30-45 minutes (time depending on thickness of your pork).
